Kenny's minimoto broken!

My friend ,Kenny, called me that his minimoto (Kawasaki KSR110)was broken,and asked me the solution.
I heard his story,it was not easy trouble I thought.
Provably,the trouble is related with transmission.
I hope his bike will be OK soon.
