Getting warmer and hay fever....effect of injection?

I feel that I have only mild hay fever thsi season.
Is this effect of injection?
But, my partner, she is a nurse,worries about what kind of medicine I was injected.
She thinks the medicine must be strong.
Well...I feel it is OK if there is improvement in symptoms.
